This is the 2nd Episode of By The Fire Series featuring “Shoot To Kill” by Quarter Bill. This is a very personal record for me as it was written, recorded and performed around New York City when police brutality and the abuse of authority by these public servants became an active and dominant concern and conversation in all four corners of the country. The world was on edge. Primarily people of color and other minorities. “Shoot To Kill” was my way of drawing the attention of my listeners to this issue that continues to plague the African community to this day.
